Shipping and Payment Info

Your orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Depending on the delivery address, our sales team delivers orders within 1–3 days.

If there is any delay caused by us, you will be notified using your membership information. Therefore, it is important to ensure your details are complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on weekends and public holidays. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is processed.

Important reminder about delivery:
If you notice any damage to the package during shipment, please open and inspect it in front of the delivery representative. If the product is damaged, do not accept the package and inform us by sending a report to info@gismodcommerce.com.

After placing your order, ensure your name, address, phone number, and email are entered correctly. Accurate details help us deliver your order on time and contact you if necessary.

  • Cash on Delivery

After confirming your payment method, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Customers who select bank transfer/EFT can find bank details in this email.

Return Policy

Within 3 days from the delivery date, you may return the product in its original packaging, unused, and complete with all accessories and box contents.

The sales invoice must be included. If the invoice is issued to a company, a return invoice is required. Without the invoice, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded.

Returns are not accepted if the product is used, damaged, scratched, opened, or missing items.

Distance Selling Contract

This contract is prepared in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137.

1. Subject

This contract defines the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product sold by the SELLER to the BUYER under consumer protection laws.

  • Products are delivered within the legal timeframe (max 30 days).
  • The seller is responsible for delivering the product complete and in good condition.
  • If payment is not completed, the seller is not obligated to deliver the product.
  • In case of force majeure, delivery may be delayed and the buyer will be informed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw within 7 days from delivery, provided the product is unused and returned with the invoice. Refunds are processed within 7 days after return.
